mike777
I would try 3h.
EricK
Absent any agreements about WJS, I think that double followed by ♥ at the cheapest level is reasonable.
P_Marlowe
If you play 2H as forcing, you have to make a neg. X,followed by bidding hearts.Thats the way to bid a non forcing single suiter. With kind regardsMarlowe
neilkaz
In spite of the vul, I fight for the hand with a WJS of 3♥. My hand is junkie and maybe the QJ of ♣ are worthless and PD's possible ♠ tenace is behind overcaller, but I am optimistic enough to go for 3♥
ArtK78
I am curious - how many of you play 3♥ on this auction as a weak jump shift? I posed a similar problem in an earlier thread, and I got a number of responses as to the meaning of the 3♥ bid here.

jdonn
North's 3♦ and 4♥ bids are absolutely unbelievable. Making a negative double is what I would do too since I don't play weak jump shifts. Planning on bidding hearts next of course, but the auction didn't allow for it.

vuroth
Either partner didn't realize that you'd only shown 6+ points, or it never occurred to partner to limit her hand. She's only got 14 points, and they're nothing special. If she's a regular, ask her how's she'd have bid differently with 12 points, or 21, same distribution.
