These are kids that need health care, food, shelter and an education! I hope you do not think the government should ban babies or send me to prison for having babies! If you need to cut back, cut defense or raise your taxes! btw just wait until science invents artificial wombs, I know alot of families that want kids! Thank you Canada! Mike - If you start having babies, I think it may interest the government or at least popular science. I doubt they would put you in prison though.
