skjaeran
No hurry. I'm supporting hearts now, want to see if partner can cuebid a minor. Over the expected 3♠ I bid 3NT.

jdonn
The bidding was there before but it seems to have vanished. I recall partner opened 1♠, we responded 2♣, partner rebid 2♥, and it was now our bid over that.
mtvesuvius
I only see a hand without a bidding You are right... It was there before... Hmm...The bidding: V vs NV1♠ - (P) - 2♣ - (P)2♥ - (P) - ? Playing 2/

Hmm...The bidding: V vs NV1♠ - (P) - 2♣ - (P)2♥ - (P) - ? Playing 2/1 3♥ and lets see what PD does. Plenty of time to see if we may have slam and in what strain. mtvesuvius
3H. Over partner's 4D I cue 4S. That won't look like a signoff?
skjaeran
3H. Over partner's 4D I cue 4S. That won't look like a signoff? No. 4♥ would be a sign off, 4♠ is a forwardgoing cuebid. I think it's a very good bid, promising a spade honour and a club control and inviting slam. It's easier for partner to evaluate, looking at his spade suit that's got to be a source of tricks in a slam.
