No guarantee we beat them, but with 6 of opener's suit and no four card support for one of partner's suits, defending seems like the best option. I would pass a much weaker hand than this one. Here, if partner can lead a trump and the K♥ is an entry we can likely extract all of opener's trumps. More than likely they'll run, and with this hand I'll bid 2C if I have the chance.
