simbridge
Vul against Not, scoring IMPs Playing SAYC, bidding goes(P)-1♠-(P)-2♣(P)-5♣-(P)-? 872 QJ Q3 KQT873 What is your next bid?
neilkaz
Considering that I have an aceless hand and a min 2♣ with a bunch of red quacks I pass quickly and hope to make it.
hotShot
In modern bridge fast arrival suggests minimum values. So if your partner if playing a modern style, pass is the obvious choice. Now if you partner is playing a more traditional style, he still has the problem that SAYC has no clear game forcing raise in the minors. So I think that pass is the best choice.
skjaeran
Obvious pass. Hopefully, I can make 5.

peachy
Pass. If partner were even in the slightest manner be interested in slam, he would not bid 5C which is a signoff. With aceless hand and minimum [some might think subminimum because QJ hearts might not pull their full weight], Pass is truly automatic. mtvesuvius
This is one of the reasons I hate SAYC. I pass however... Principals opf fast arrival apply, and partner probably has a minimum, I hope I can make 5.
CSGibson
Pass. My hand got worse, not better. Partner rates to have a club-spade two suiter in which my red suit queens are worthless. I also have the worst possible spade holding for a club contract.
