Perhaps the only thing I can say that hasn't been said ( although I think implicit in what Phil says and probably at the root of other's choice) is that I find this decision easier at this vulnerability. If Opps are vulnerable RHO is akin 2461 with solid diamonds (or something worse), I don't say that double is bad, but I at least wouldn't be so surprised if they end up making an overtrick.
