Codo
♠♠♠♠♠ is not enogh.pass or X is wrong. Ole is right.
Fluffy
agree with roland, you can't bid every grand when they preempt.
keylime
Brave souls bid 5NT here. I'll bid 6♠ and be happy to table this.
jdonn
6♠, I'll hang him this time. I'm much more worried about going down here than missing a grand.
Phil
6 spades. The tray gets passed back to you 7♥ - Pass - Pass - ?
kfay
6 spades. The tray gets passed back to you 7♥ - Pass - Pass - ? BLAH! Rethinking. I feel that bidding has something going for it here but if partner is showing the ♥A, which seems most likely, then he's got to start having a pretty huge hand. He might just bid 7♠ on his own with any of these hands. I guess I'd just double and hope (with naive optimism) for 1100. Agree with 6♠ originally. Cascade
Brave souls bid 5NT here. I'll bid 6♠ and be happy to table this. Very brave since they will not like it much when partner raises them to 6NT. I would bid 6♥.
Cascade
6♠, I'll hang him this time. I'm much more worried about going down here than missing a grand. Partner overcalled vulnerable versus not if you are hanging him then he deserves to be hanged.

Fluffy
If partner makes a forcing pass at the 7 level he is marked with ♥A wich is not a great card. 7 spades is a favourite to make still, he should have something akin AQxxxx Ax Axx xx. do you prefer +1100-1400 or a 60% grand?, It is close, MP scale overweights 1460 vs 1100, I would bid 7. Codo
I would double. I hate the ace of Heart in partners hand, so I take the sure profit.Maybe I lose to the 7 Spade bidders, but I win against 6 HEart X, 5 Spade and often against 6 Spade. jdonn
I will mention that IF you knew a 7♥ bid was coming for sure then 6♥ would stand out by a mile last round, so that partner could make a forcing pass or not without regard to heart control.
