gwnn
Your lead after the auction: 2♠-2NT3♠-4NT5♠-6♠ (good suit good hand with 2+Q, opener was dealer at favorable imps) xxxT8xxxxJTxx if it influences your decision in any way, your opps had the following sequence just the preceding board: 2♥-x(12 count)-p-2♠(15 count)p-3♠-p-4♠ made 6. jdonn
I lead a diamond, it seems like a wtp to me. The last board only makes me think that every lead is more likely to work here than I would otherwise have expected.
JLOL
I mean it looks like dummy might have been bidding on solid diamonds or w/e but it's still the best shot to beat it. I can't see partner having AQ of clubs or anything.
mikeh
diamond stands out.. need either diamond Ace or Spade Ace from partner.. neither impossible... and even without this, if partner has the diamond K, and a side A and declarer has to knock out the side A to pitch his diamond... and so on. Any other lead seems to require a lot more.
