Questions about Polish sequence

I have some questions about a remarkable bidding sequence produced in

the Polish Liga finals by Kowalski-Bizon. By coincidence, this very sequence

is being discussed in another thread here, but I would not like to digress

their discussion which is about advanced relay theory

Apparently 1C is strong (not Polish probably) and 1D shows spades.

If possible, I would like an explanation of all the other bids of

Kowalski-Bizon!
