You are dealt this hand:

[hv=d=s&v=n&s=sakh973daj98xcq9x]133|100|Scoring: IMP[/hv]

Auction:

1D* (4+diamonds normally) P 2C* (GF, artificial) P

2H* (x-5-4-x, longer hearts) P 3D* (natural and forcing) P

3H* (shows the 6th heart) P ?

What would you do now?

When I bid 3 do I have a way to ask for KCs in heart or in both red suits after 3 NT? And can I ask for KCs after a 4 club bid (showing a shortess, I guess)?

If the answers are yes, I go for 3 .

Else I try 4 .

I would rather bid 3 before, this would emphasis that the heart AKQJ are important, in diamonds we should be ok as long as partner has either K or Q.

As the system seems to go it also would make partner forget about 3NT.

It has the drawback that we could end in 6 hearts where 6 diamonds is the right contract though (some of that scientific naturalist thing?)

Whatever 3 spades is suposed to mean I will bid it.
