Usually partner's double is a demand to lead his suit rather than your own, but some partners agree the contrary on the assumption that opening leader will tend to choose partner's suit over his own unless otherwise instructed. With no agreement, this is a tough one--the "lead my suit, not yours" interpretation is more common, but less likely on the cards: partner doesn't know about you ♠QJ and doubling on ♠AKxxxx for example is risky.
