hrothgar
I'm torn between a limit raisea single raise I think that this is closer to a limit raise. I'd bid 3♠ (or whatever bid systemically shows this hand type)
JLOL
Definitely at least a limit raise imo. And a limit raise is enough even though if partner has a doubleton heart and a min and passes you might miss game.

ArtK78
Assuming that 4♠ has the usual meaning (long spades, weak hand), 4♠ is not an option with 2 aces. You could miss a slam. For example, partner could have: KQJTx KQJTx Ax x A limit raise looks right on these cards.
skjaeran
To me 4♠ denies 2KC and normally promises a singleton. I'd show this as a limit raise. Preferably with a Bergen raise showing an 8-loser hand if possible.
Old York
Using a 4 card major system, very few players would ever open a 4 card Spade suit, unless they hold a strong balanced hand. So the bid normally shows 5 cards. My vote is a Limit Raise to 3 Spades showing 8 losers, this describes the hand well, and allows opener to decide the final contract, if opener rebids 3NT then correct to 4 Spades. It is possible that 10 tricks are available, even if opener is minimum, but jumping to 4 Spades seems bad.
