Fluffy
who am I?, what is my system? if its my system this a 1♠ WTP (because I have no other bid avaible) or a 3♦ WTP depending on who opened 1♣

neilkaz
White vs Red...another vote for some real preemption with 4♦. I don't hate 3♦ but do hate 1♦
655321
4♦ seems normal.
mike777
I will try an old fashion 1d....if south if I am east then 4d.
mtvesuvius
4♦ for me... Get in there now. BTW, who voted for "I'm insane"?
OleBerg
4♦ for me... Get in there now. BTW, who voted for "I'm insane"? :P I did. I want to see the poll results without influencing them. (And I am insane.)
whereagles
3♦ for me.
jillybean
3♦ is enough for me, I'd like to see what the experts 3♦ garbage would look like!
effervesce
4♦. The hand is simply too good for a favorable vul 3♦.
Mbodell
I voted for I'm insane too because I tend to play rule of 2/3/4 and I'm optimistic that I have 7 tricks (6 ♦ + favorably placed ♣K), so I'm about 50/50 between 4♦ and 5♦ and would probably depend on my mood, table feel, state of match, and most importantly opponents quality if I bid 5 or 4. skjaeran
3♦ is enough for me, I'd like to see what the experts 3♦ garbage would look like! You would NOT! :P Anyway, I'm firmly in the 4♦ camp.
rogerclee
4♦, bridge is very seldom about being a genius, it is important to get these routine decisions right. A 4m preempt is just much more effective than a 3m preempt.

Fluffy
People seem a lot more smart than me, The reason why I bid only 3♦ is that I don't like to bypass 3NT with such a good hand and a partner unlimited. The problem is partner won't expect such a good cards from my side at this vulnerability I guess, specially if I didn't have a 2♦ bid avaible. Phil
I know plenty of good players that would bid 3♦, but I would bid 4. My guess is that if a hand like this appeared in MSC the split would be: 60% - 4♦30% - 3♦10% - 1♦

My guess is that if a hand like this appeared in MSC the split would be: 60% - 4♦30% - 3♦10% - 1♦ I would bet it would be 60/30 the other way. I think 3 is a majority expert action in North America. edit: I mean we got the juniors and the aussies bidding 4, that must mean 3 is normal :P
MarkDean
And in a junior event it would be 50% - 5♦50% - 1NT
P_Marlowe
Hi, I voted for 1D. It was tempting to vote for "I am insane",but I keep this description for my partners. After getting the problem right: 4D. With kind regardsMarlowe
H_KARLUK
Pass. I am open to any call of duty will come by p. I m sorry I won't underline distribution at an early stage with such collection. There are still 32HCP outside. If general strength would be in our side np. If not better to keep silence.
