Help Please!

Hi Fred and/or Uday;

 

I have purchased 3 masterbridge deals previously, from a different location I am on at the moment, and the transactions were successful.

I tried to buy another one today, unsucessfully :) I got a prompt which said " internal error #16".... Of course, I have no idea what this means.

 

I would greatly appreciate your help...

When someone uses a credit card, we pass it on to our credit card processor.

Our processor company has a whole bunch of rules ( not all of which are always sensible) that sometimes reject specific purchases.

 

When a card is rejected, we're usually out of options, and probably the best thing to do is contact sheri at you know where .com to work out another form of payment. If you do so, we'll work something out

 

In your particular case, i'd guess that retrying from the other locations has a chance of succeeding.
