You play specific Kings. Redouble after the double should mean holding a first round control of clubs. 4 by partner should be a splinterish support for hearts, though he might be creative (or you wrong).

I bid 6D and got 6NT as an answer from partner, what should I have bid then?

I play the direct splinter from opener as voidshowing, thus 7NT is out for me, and I bid 7.

 

Even without the above agreement, a splinter followed by BW, with no cuebid from partner should be Exclusion - showing a void.

 

Last, but not least, partner holding the club ace is still there to bid 7NT over 7.
