  1. 1. When will you rebid 3m holding a 4M-6+m?

    • Never in an uncontested auction
      8
    • Over 1C-1D if playing Walsh
      1
    • Only if the four-card major is very weak
      4
    • Only if partner responds 1NT (denying 4M)
      4
    • Always with some point ranges because reverse stronger than 3m
      1
    • Always with 4-7 hands because swans play better in the long suit
      1
    • Fairly often; some combination of the above
      3
    • Some other criteria
      3

Suppose you hold a hand with a 6-card or longer minor and a side 4-card major. You open your minor, and partner responds at the one-level. Let's assume your hand is strong enough to rebid three of your minor suit. Would you ever do this rather than bid your major?

I dont think its possible, assume youve got a swan with a solid suit, i still like to bid my M because 3NT maybe be better then 5m, if my 7 card suit isnt solid then i probably have pts in my M so 4M could be better then 5m.

So its very close to never anyway
