TylerE
[hv=s=sakxhxxdatxxxckjx]133|100|1♦ - (p) - ?[/hv] Playing *STRICT*, by the book SAYC. Yes, I know Inv Minors/Crisscross insert your forcing raise method makes this trivial. That ain't what I'ma sking.
awm
2NT natural and game forcing.

vuroth
2NT natural and game forcing. This. Of course, a ton of players seem to play 2NT as 10-11 invitational. Hopefully you know which one partner plays. If not, maybe 3NT is safest. I have to admit, as loathe as I am to adopt conventions, I've pretty much decided I can't live without inverted minors. TimG
What does 1D-3D mean in strict SAYC?
vuroth
Limit, I believe. SAYC:RESPONSES TO A 1♣ OR A 1♦ OPENINGResponses and later bidding generally follow the ideas set down in the previous section. (Responses to 1M)There is no forcing minor-suit raise. Fluffy
I prefer to bid 1♠ to save some space, but 2♣ might work better, specially if partner can raise me with only 3 spades.
Winstonm
Upgrade this hand slightly and bid 3N. SAYC is supposed to be simple, not precise.
HeavyDluxe
2NT when I'm depressed. 3NT when I'm feeling no pain.
Codo
SAYC: Easy 2 NT (13-15)SAYC as it is played on BBO: 3 NT (13-15) :)
cherdano
2N if forcing. 2♣ otherwise, I hate 3N.
hotShot
Playing strict SAYC, without a forcing game rise in a the minors. The method to go is a delayed game raise. So 2♣ followed by a game raise or using 4th suit game forcing should do the trick. dburn
1♦-2♣-2♦ - what now? 2♠, perhaps? One is almost tempted to splinter with 3♥ on the first round, when one contemplates sequences such as this.

(Or rather, I think it should be and I have no clue whether it actually is.)Merry Christmas in Eng-anything-that-could-be-nonforcing-is-nonforcing-land. :P :)
mtvesuvius
And how I hate SAYC!... If someone talked me into playing it with them, I would bid 2♣ and await developments.
Rossoneri
I prefer to bid 1♠ to save some space, but 2♣ might work better, specially if partner can raise me with only 3 spades. Experience has told me that bidding 1♠ with 3 cards is asking for trouble, no matter how good the suit is.
