Low club. If declarer has Jx opposite HHxx(x) he will put the jack up anyway, so it's reasonably safe as well as offering the prospect of setting up some winners.

 

I don't understand J, which just looks like an attempt to let it through. I can't see anything about the auction or our hand that suggests the need for such aggression. In any case, it seems unlikely that partner will have both good enough hearts to set them up and enough entries to cash them.

T. Though in a junior tournamnent, it might be right to go for the A, as that might be the choice of the majority. My goal in a situation where I don't have an obviously correct lead is to chose the one that rates to have the greatest amount of field protection, and that rates to be the top of a sequence in my longest suit in most cases. Maybe that's wrong for this type of tournament, though.
