If no preempt 4H is making but youll probably reach 4S wich will go down. Ill give -5 for the preempt. I feel that the slight overbid of X and 3C is the way to go. I think 3C will make as north wont get a S trick (M squeeze or blow the club trick. If south pass EW will reach a no play 4H.
