OleBerg
I'd bid 2♥. Puts me in a good position if next hand raises. (I'll back in with a double.)
maggieb
2♥, I think this is clear. If LHO raises I will double back in and be very satisfied with this description of my hand, which seems very likely to occur. I will pay off to a heart stack, which I think people generally overestimate the chance of.
pclayton
2♥ and then double. Add a king and bid it the other way 'round. Surely this hand is worth two calls.
655321
2♥. If it can be avoided, I don't like to make a takeout double (suggesting 4 cards in the unbid majors) when holding a 5 card major. That can make it impossible to uncover a 5-3 major fit. I would double if the hearts were 5 small, perhaps even with A5432, but there is no reason to avoid the overcall with AJT75.

dake50
Needs another K working to X then 3H, esp opposite a passed partner. Even 2H then X is pushing with this --take the H-fit chance then quit except for 1xS.
whereagles
I'm ok with doubling. What I'd do at table would depend on tactical factors.

neilkaz
2♥ and then double. Add a king and bid it the other way 'round. Surely this hand is worth two calls. Agreed and a clear decision for me

Echognome
I think an interesting question would be how much of a weaker hand before we determine it's a one-bid hand and we double versus 2♥.
jdonn
I think an interesting question would be how much of a weaker hand before we determine it's a one-bid hand and we double versus 2♥. Even if it's a one-bid hand, why shouldn't that bid be 2♥ instead of double?
gwnn
because of crappy hearts?
benlessard
Not strong enough for 2H and X, so X is a better bid than 2H. At MP ill be more tempted by 2H.

jdonn
I really think it's taken too far, but certainly there is no question on the actual hand with AJTxx and plenty of values.
Finch
My partner held this hand at the table and doubled. (It's actually difficult to say what the winning action is on the hand, even when you know the complete deal)
cherdano
The correct bid is the one I make, regardless of what it actually is  Are you applying for space in Josh's signature? I also bid 2♥.
skjaeran
2♥ for me. To double with this shape would be unlikely for me, maybe with a really bad heart suit.
