ASkolnick
I am -2, -2 which is not that surprising. I always describe myself as a left-wing Republican. Conservative on Economics, Liberal on Social issues. But I think some of the questions were very leading.

kfay
Economic: -4.38Social: -4.62 I kind of felt that I took a very moderate approach to answering the questions so the fact that some of these politicos are so far to the top/right of me is really quite surprising. han
I also think that the questions were very leading, although some people still managed to score well on the fascism scale so apparently they were not as leading as we think they are. gwnn
BTW what is "Abstract art that doesn't represent anything" ? Who decides what art represents something and what art represents nothing?

helene_t
I ran the raw data that Helene and Tim gathered through a cluster analysis program. I arbitrarily told the program to divide the datapoints into four distinct clusters (This decision was quite arbitrary... I based it on the fact that the political compass is based on two dimensions / four quadrants) The four resulting clusters are color coded The open blue circle next to MickyB is the centroid of the cluster 2The open green circle slightly to the right is the centroid of all the participants http://www.geocities.com/helene_thygesen/Compass.jpg

Don't feel strongly about 5 or 6 of the questions. I think it's my ixnay on the limitedunnay ocreationpray for etardsray that cost me a higher libertarian score.
