precpj
Vul BOTH, Holding AXX QJX AQXXX QX how do you bid after the RHO preempts with 3H ? Precpj
el tombo
What seat? I bid 3N if partner hasn't passed yet and pass if he has already passed. Partner and I open most 11 counts so we are only worried about missing game if he has 10 pts or a good 9 and will get too high, vulnerable if he has less than that IMO. helene_t
Yeah, pass. If game is on, there is a good chance that p will reopen. Of course we may get stolen from, but 3NT or double are too dangerous.

Edmunte1
I'll use the green card
jdonn
I'll pass, though I would bid 3NT with some 15 counts. I can't even put my finger on it since there are some good aspects to this hand, but this one just doesn't feel right to me.
pclayton
Pass. Sure its close, but this is a pretty ugly 15 and a heart duck on most layouts is enough to get 3N down 3.

The bit about the hand where you can't duck the first round of hearts is nasty.
