The first few tricks:

A,K then 3rd , east played 8,2,Q, declarer ruffed 3rd, then K, A, and K, both followed.

At this point, Helgemo choose a strange line to me, he played A, ruffed a , ruff a with dummy's 9. Unfortunately overruffed by east's 10.

 

I think the contract is cold at that point. After both followed K, just play 3rd and ruff with dummy's A, and a back to hand.

If 3-3 or 2-2 it's ok. If west has 4s and 3, then you can ruff 4th and go back to hand by ruffing a safely.

Perhaps there was some confusion over signals. If East gave count in diamonds, then he appears to be 6=4 in the pointy suits, and hence had a singleton heart.
