2NT for the minors.

I have the convention available and see no reason not to use it on this nice hand.

I voted 2NT as well.

 

But they are red, if they go down, we will get 100,

or maybe 200, ..., and 3m may not make.

 

The main problem is of course, that 2H will come

back, and I have to answer the same question,

maybe with a little more information, so pass may

well be best, and my action of the table.

I play Millenium Dont so it's a call between 2NT (Any strong two-suiter) or 2.

I think I'll try 2 however.

Yes, I like the idea of 2 if its clubs + a higher followed be a double of 2.

 

I'm not familiar with Codo's defense to 1N. What is 2 over 1N?

Majors? It's really not so different from Woolsey with penalty doubles.

Or 2 showing any single suiter, or 2 showing shorter spades and a longer minor.

 

More differences than similarities I think.
