If they pass out 2 Heart, Partners most likely hand is around a 3532 shape with around 7 HCPs.

Do I want to play 2 Heart double? Or di I want to declare any other ontract?

I want to play 2 Heart unoubled.

And if they bid more I am happy to stay silent anway.

If I want to bid at all, I had tried 2Club one round earlier, but I hadn't.

Pass now. Why on earth would you want to bid with this hand. They may well be in a 5-2 fit.

...and?

If partner has anything at all + five decent hearts, it could be a blood bath in 2X.

Our honour location is perfect for a double. The black aces and solid diamonds. The only serious flaw is the lack of a T or J in spades to make RHO's holding more 'finessable'.

Double! Take-out of hearts.

Of course the alternative is, partner is

dead (not unlikely), and responder is

5-6-3 in the majors, or opener 6-4.

With kind regards

I'm sorry, I don't understand your post?! B)

.-) you are not the only one. Sometimes I write in a

krytic way, ... you could also say something, which uses

the words "random" and "noise", I prefer my version,

it sounds nicer.

I was just trying to point out, that there are situations,

when they have a fit.

#1 opener is 6-4

#2 responder has 5 or 6 spades besides 3 hearts,

although I dont think this very likely, most would

raise

If does happens + plus partner being broke, it may well

be, that 2Hx goes +1,

Classic lol

Seriously, if they have a fit, we probably have one! Or maybe our good defense and the 4-1 break would be enough to beat them a trick or two anyway, and why shouldn't it be? Meanwhile if they are in a 5-2, as this auction tends to be, I expect to slaughter 2X.

For those it might interest, I doubled and it worked out.

2 was a winner, but so were the3 my partner bid.

I did feel though, that I had to muster a little courage to get the double of the ground.

To be perfectly true, I had a little help. Before replying 1, my RHO made a twich, that I intepreted as an unwillingness to show his spades. (Which were K222.)
