Hoobloid
I have hosted a few tournaments now and I have a question regarding substitutions - well the software really. If a player is not responding how am I supposed to replace him/her? I know how to swap an individual player but I can't figure out how to send an invitation. As far as I can see I simply 'apply' the substitution and my victim  is swept into the fray. I am not aware of a simply way to send an invite. Any ideas? ('manual 'chat seems rather laborious...?) Stu
uday
Yes, that is the only way. I should make that an INVITATION, not a sweep-in.
McBruce
Actually, if a player is the only one on the sub list and refuses an invite, I give him thirty seconds and then I sweep him in. Otherwise I cannot get the 'subs needed message' sent to the lobby unless I type it myself. Why sit on the sub list if you are not willing to play? Maybe the software should remove a player when he declines.
spwdo
hi, ever giving one second thought that u can make an anouncement to the lobby yourself !h!h subs needed imediatly for # A Bridge To Far ,please register as sub or private me, big thx!h!h for example
Gweny
Well message to lobby do work but i to like to see some method of people who refuse is remove from list. it is real problem since if they is only one or is top of list it delay entire procedure. I do not know what is answer to red dot or unresponsive players. I do think this WONDERFUL tracking Uday is now doing maybe reduce our needs for subs significantly and we is left with true connection problems vs idiots who is mad at partner or unhappy with results and therefore "entitle" to disconnect.
