jtfanclub Posted September 2, 2008 Report Share Posted September 2, 2008 I would have bid 2♥ with South's hand after the 2♦ bid. Since I didn't raise over the double, partner won't take me for 4 hearts. Even if it's a 4-3 fit, it should play fine. I don't like South's bidding: it feels to me like he decided had opening count, then changed his mind. ATx is too good support to hide like this. Having said that, North has a pretty good hand, too good to let this one go (especially with that great club support). So I would X with North.
