blackshoe Posted September 1, 2008 Report Share Posted September 1, 2008 Item 9 under "Allowed" on the ACBL Midchart is Transfer opening bids at the two level or higher showing a weak bid in the suit being transferred to. (2) The parenthetical at the end indicates the method is allowed when a segment or round is at least two boards.
