I win the first trick in dummy and play a diamond to the jack.

If J loses to the queen and a spade comes back, I'll lead a diamond to the king (which has to work). If that holds without my seeing the ace, I have to guess whether to play for hearts 3-3 or diamonds 3-3. If LHO has played the ace, I have time to test both suits.

If J loses to the ace, I'll have time to duck one round of a minor.

If RHO plays Q, I'll play a diamond to the jack and then think about what to do next. (This is one of the situations where having won the first spade in dummy helps - I can cater for AQ doubleton on my right.)

If J holds, I'll have to consider whether LHO is good enough (or bad enough) to duck with something like Qxxx Jxxx Axx xx.

A low diamond toward the J probably works. LHO has Tx and may not unblock. Clubs are 3-3 so if they duck either diamond you can switch to clubs. The defense can arrange to win the club in either hand.

I played a diamond toward the King which is inferior to a Diamond toward your hand I think.

This was a push board.
