Double ! Posted July 19, 2008 Report Share Posted July 19, 2008 Important question: How many tricks is the north hand (the club suit hand) likely to be taking in 3NT. As it's match points, that's an important issue because I suspect that at least half of the field is likely to play in 3NT, not 4H. Once you figure out how many tricks the hand makes in NT, that should be at least a partial guide to how to play the hand in hearts. DHL.
