DJNeill
Hi,I reimaged my machine, installed BBO 5.0.3 from the main download site, and now there are no default FD cards (BBO Advanced, WJ05, etc) that used to be on machine. Is that normal? The standard old-style cards are there, and the folder that contains the FD cards is there (and bidedit.exe is there), but no FD cards. XP SP3 Thanks,Dan
fred
If you log in to BBO you willl get new versions of the latest files (or at least you should). If that doesn't work, let me know. DJNeill
Hi Fred,I stayed logged in for 20+ minutes and no cards have downloaded. It's not a big deal personally, but whenever I play/kibitz at a table where someone has a std FD card loaded, there is an extra error line in the chat. Thanks,Dan
fred
As far as I can tell something isn't working quite right on the back end. I have informed Uday (who is responsible for the back end). Hopefully (and I am guessing likely) this will be an easy fix for him... I have to play in a long tournament starting tomorrow so I may not be able to follow up on this for a while. Sorry in advance if nothing happens until after I finish playing (around July 27). Fred GitelmanBridge Base Inc.www.bridgebase.com

uday
I prefer "server side" to "back end" B) Anyway, fixed now, sorry for the inconvenience. Uday
barmar
I prefer "server side" to "back end" :) We use the same terminology at my job (referring to making changes using internal configuration tools rather than the customer portal), and I feel funny every time I write it.
