definitely non forcing pass - it's not remotely clear whose hand is it. moreover, you'll never want to bid 6 to make, and there will be loads of hands you'll want to just pass out 5 (i.e. 6 goes for a number and 5 may or should go down)

North announced that the hand was ours with his cue bid followed by a game bid. The pass is forcing.

 

North has the right to believe that slam is possible, as South took a freebid over 3. Why South did so is anyone's guess.

 

South should double - he doesn't have anything close to a slam bid (or, for that matter, a free 4 bid over 3).

 

The fact that 5 makes does not justify either a 6 bid or a pass of 5.
