X, some play it as penalty, some as t/o, t/o willhave a higher frequency.And of course opener will quite often pass the t/o,since the t/o will be often made with bal. hand. QJxxxxxxxxxxx either pass or bid game! obviously you must choose forcing or not forcing, and lose badly when the other comes up. forcing hands are more frequent and more important.
