vugragh hands

In main club, you can set up a table and play vugragh hands among friends and compare your score against the one played in big tournaments. This is very good for practicing when you have only 4 players. But, In the vugragh hands, there is only one set of hands, can anyone tell me how to employ more vugragh hands into this function?
