You open 1, showing a good 13+ with or a 15+ balanced hand. Since your 2NT opening bid is 21-22, this hand doesn't qualify.

1 (2) p (3) to you.

Would you bid differently if 1 was 16+, Precision or "SAYC-ish with a 21-22 2N-opening"?

The question is what partner's pass denies. Playing standard I would try 3NT. Playing precision I would pass.

I have no experience with Fantunes so should probably not have voted. I voted pass, though. I am certainly not going to double with this shape but 3NT is an option.

Wow, it's even. I X.

I have 3 hearts, opps probably have 9 so partner should have somewhere to run to, if he has no defense. If he has any defense at all I think we can set this bad boy.

With one fewer point (except changing the K of hearts to the Q, which would improve the hand) I would definitely pass in Precision, and I don't know in Standard American. But I think I can count on this hand for four tricks on defense.

nice 2NT opening wtp ? looks like 21 to me

contraty to what is stated in another of your posts think these hands (17-19 or 18-19 or 18-20 depending on system)cause a lot of pain in competition . you should not bid twice with them but you run the risk of being stolen blind . That's why I think having a 2C or 2D for these hands makes sense. If not follow your table feel pass if a reasonnable mood NT otherwise

What are your methods over 2H?

In my strong club methods, x of 2H is takeout and only promises around 5 HCP. So I would pass here.

Here I would still be bidding over it as if partner is 15-17 balanced. Partner decided to not compete over 2H opposite 15-17. I am one trick stronger, but we are 1 trick higher, so if partner is right, we can't make anything above 3H.

I pass.

Our agreements are Lebensohl and negative double in this situation. Since partner is at least a Queen stronger than a normal min. opening, responder can bid with less than "standard".
