gwnn
I won't try for slam, if that was your question. 3C then 3NT or 4♠ over various responses from partner.
jillybean
My first bid is 2♥ bust if available, otherwise 2♦, 3♣
kenrexford
It might get interesting after Puppet: 2♣-P-2♦(waiting)-P-2NT-P-3♣(Puppet)-P-3♦(1/2 majors)-P-3♥(♠)-P-3♠... Partner has just shown some slam interest, presumably with good spades (AQ/AK/KQ top of suit). Could he have the perfecto hand? ♠AKxx ♥Axx ♦Axx ♣AKx? That's almost a Kokish hand, but not quite. But, that's not quite enough. Unless there is no Kokish, probably not a slam. You need spades 3-2 and no diamond lead. Tempting, but the other problem is bidding this. What about after 3♠ (has five spades)? Now you have a better chance of making, but not really the room to set trumps and then explore if partner has the perfecto. Probably the only option is 4♥ as a general slam invite, but you are not good enough for that. Strange that Puppet sequences are harder to bid for slam when Opener has the fifth card in the major. Hmmm. Same problem with normal Stayman. Nothing to do if partner bids 3♠. How about the "right game?" After Stayman...3♦ or Puppet...3N or Puppet...//...3N? 5♣ seems right to me.
