To me it looks like you have given the vulnerability as us being vul, them NV. But your comments imply that we are NV and they are vul.

 

If they are vul and we are NV I would bid 1N.

If they are NV and we are vul I would bid 2N.

I hate second-seat weak one-level spade overcalls. Bid 2.

 

But, you don't agree with me and play 1 as weak. So, what to do with this hand? Ugly. 1NT works. I hope partner must bid again if he would have opened.
