I don't see how to get to 6H when he has clubs and hearts (for instance if you think he'll bid hearts over 5N with that, then he will also bid diamonds over 5N when he has diamonds). That's consistent with other situations, like (3♥) 4♥/4NT. Maybe one should have a general agreement that with a choice of takeout bids at the same level you always use a Michaels/UNT structure. Yes, until you decide that you want 5S to be a grand slam try with first round spade control, and 5NT just to be choice of slams with no grand ambitions (i.e. no spade control).
