pclayton
This is tough in a Precision context, since 3♣ could be made on a wide variety of hands. I think you could have some minimum 5-4 or even 4-4 hands for 3♣. Unfortunately your 3M splinter (I'm making an assumption here) has been taken away with the 2♠ overcall, but 3♠ / 4♣ is available to show a very offensive hand with shape. Pass for me would say, "I don't know what to do", but it is definitely forcing. I would pass with a control rich maximum: Ax, xx, AKxxx, KJxx. Minimum defensive hands double: x, Qxx, AQxxx Kxxx. I'm having a real hard time coming up with a hand that bids 6♣ that couldn't do more than 3♣ the previous round. Maybe a (20)74 would fit this bidding.
