I would bid 3♠. This hand is too likely to play better in spades than hearts, and I am willing to make a very small overbid to determine the best strain (which I think is a useful general principle).

3♠ for me as we could easily belong in that suit and I feel we have enough trick taking potential to give game good chances.

 

I'll bid 4♥ next time if PD replies 4m or 3NT and pass a 4♠ raise from him.

 

I do think my hand is a minimum GF here. There will be times when we'd struggle to take 9 tricks vs opener's minimums and other times when we take 10 with ease.

A heavy 3♥, suggesting an 8-10 raise. I always bid cautiously with the Queen of their suit -- I treat it as a deduction from my offensive strength. They'll usually have something else to compensate for not having it...

I worry that the auction may not remain uncontested. Might not get a chance to bid 3H next round. Anyway, 3S for me.

I don't have defense and opps entered the sacrifice road.

The most important thing to do is tell partner we have a fit.

The advantage of bidding ♠ is small compared to the risk what partner might do over 5♣. Overbidding 3♠ will almost force LHO to bid 5♣. To defend against our game.
