blackshoe Posted June 1, 2008 Report Share Posted June 1, 2008 If a director makes a ruling from memory, and someone asks him to read it "from the book", then in effect that person is saying "I believe you, Mr. Director sir, are in violation of Law 81B2 (The Director is bound by these Laws and by supplementary regulations announced by the sponsoring organization.) I'm from Missouri - show me where I'm wrong. You are correct that nothing in Law explicitly requires a director to comply with such a request — but as I said above, any refusal to comply with it should IMO lead directly to an appeal.
