OK, so make it ♥10xx and ♠QJxx. Now partner's heart switch was necessary to beat the contract (though he would have done better to hold up ♣K), and it will go down as long as you play low on this heart.

 

We already know that ♥10 from Q10xx would have been a misdefence. Are you going to play for your partner to have misdefended, or for him to have switched to his highest heart from 10xx?
