whereagles
You can use Klinger's idea: Pass = no stop in spades. Pard rdbls to ask for system ON.Rdbl = I got spades.Other = normal response with spade stop. This applies to all artificial bids after 1NT, including transfers. Finch
1) Suggesting playing in 3Sxx2) I have never played this method, but if I did I would expect double of 2D to be penalties, on the basis that overcaller has already narrowly defined his hand so there is no need to play double as take-out. Poky
1) Suggesting 3♠xx in a 4-3 fit.2) Negative. Double of opponent's forcing bid cannot be penalty!!!
