kfay
[hv=d=e&v=n&s=sxxxh(q)xdqj10xxckjx]133|100|Scoring: MP(1♠)-P-(3♠)-4♣(4♠)-?[/hv] 3♠ is limit. You may or may not have had a heart honor which I think was the Q.
gnasher
5♣, with or without ♥Q. If he doesn't want me to raise on this, he shouldn't have bid.
Apollo81
I think the normal bid is 5♣. Was the raise limit or was it weaker? If it was a limit raise and partner is prone to making lead directing overcalls then I would probably pass. If he is the solid type then I would bid 5♣ anyway assuming LHO forgot they were playing limit raises or something.

Guest Jlall
5C, 4C is basically a "please save in 5C if you can" bid
OleBerg
5♣ Partner may have a hand, where it is wrong, but pass really isnt an option. And 4nt to get to a better diamond contract is to far-fetched. Best Regards Ole Berg
