TylerE
♠J♥ -void♦ KQJT987♣ AQ985 p - p - 1♥ - X2♠ - p - 4♠ - 5♦p - p - 5♥ - 6♦. +920 when p flops with the xx of ♦, A of ♠, and all but two of the missing clubs, including the K I just intended it to be a good sac on a freak... the hog
Tyler, I think the double on this hand is not a good bid. Freaks are hard to bid, but why not express your hand more accurately with a 4NT bid?Partner is now in a far better position to evaluate minor suit cards. han
How about 2NT followed by a diamond bid. 4NT takes up a lot of room and on this hand you might like the room.
Cascade
How about 2NT followed by a diamond bid. 4NT takes up a lot of room and on this hand you might like the room. That's what I would do with this. The other strategy I would consider is minimum diamonds followed by lots of clubs. In our style that would be at least 6=5 on most auctions. skjaeran
Agree with slower approach. Never 4NT on 7-5, at least not when the 7-bagger is the far superior suit (regarding suit quality).
