canuck Posted March 4, 2008 Report Share Posted March 4, 2008 I have experienced a lot of connection losses in the last few weeks. At log-on I often get kicked off and reconnected several times before all the player names have been loaded. It is hard to know whether this is the site's or my system's problem. So, I wondered what other people are experiencing and to whom one might direct a query about the site servce record. Feegle Posted March 5, 2008 Report Share Posted March 5, 2008 Well, you are not alone. My friend/partner has started to experience the same problem (just in the last two weeks). Even when he manages to get onto BBO his 'system' is slow, too slow to play.Curiously, he is OK up to about 8pm GMT.
