I played for a stiff king (cold with 4-2 diamonds if it is on my right, some extra chances if it is on my left), when the alternate line of running the ♥Q would have worked. You need diamonds 3-3 and RHO to have Kx of trump. Not suggesting this is necessarily the right line of play...
