If p has a fit this hand has sufficient playing strength, it has the same adjusted LTC as xx-AKQxx-KQx-xxx. Also my spade shortness make it risky to pass. Yet 2♥ can obviously be wrong if p has not fit or if he (eventually) decides to double their 4♠. Would obviously pass at vul and at IMPs probably also pass at w/w. Exactly, and I would try to preempt an argument like "that would not be true if you rearrange the suits" by saying the spade shortness in particular is a large part of the appeal of overcalling on a hand this light. If my agreements were to overcall light over 1♠ at the 2-level, then this is a clear 2♥ bid, but I have tried both light and sound and believe I get more mileage out of having sound overcalls.
