In this country, 3C is non-forcing, showing a normal opening bid with a club fit. I'd hate to have to pass 2C with this, not just because of the risk of them finding a major-suit fit, but also because we might have a game on. xxx xx AQx KQxxx makes 5C cold; KJx Kxx x Kxxxxx makes 3NT good.
