Last board, and you're losing

Last board of a 10 board match, and you are 12 imps down. Game all up the last, as it were.

LHO opens 1S in second, and partner bids 3NT. RHO doubles (and self-alerts as exposing the psyche)

What do you go. Limited agreements (you expect 3NT to be based on a long minor, but you tried a dodgy psyche 2 boards previously)

If partner and I are making silly psyches every second board, no wonder we are losing tha match. At least we will have learnt from the experience.

I can't believe anyone would bid or xx here. Partner has the best idea of what is going on. Pass and hope she has already created sufficient havoc on the board. Bidding is materminding to say the least. xx should be to play at this score.

Completely agree. We don't have a clue what's going on here. Pard's 3N may have earned the swing already.

Anyway, I tried 4C (because I wasn't confident of partner making 3NT no matter what his hand was, and didn't want partner to have to decide what redouble meant). Unfortunately this was the wrong decision. Partner had exactly 9 top tricks in NT, and made exactly 9 (he played in 4NT).
